Summary

We are seeking an experienced architect, architectural designer, or CAD draftsman to prepare a clean floor plan of a 6-unit townhouse. We already have some existing plans but need them to be redrawn. The ideal candidate will have experience in architectural design and CAD drafting, ensuring the final plans are accurate and visually appealing. 3D would be a Plus. Need in about 8 - 12 hours.
