3D Floor Plan and interior design

We're renovating a hospitality venue in Bournemouth, UK, and require an experienced architectural technician or architect to redraw our survey drawings and produce professional proposed layouts. We already have: Existing measured survey plans Photos of the building Ideas for the proposed layouts Hand-marked sketches showing the changes Scope of work We require someone to: Produce accurate existing floor plans from the survey drawings. Create proposed floor plans incorporating our design ideas. Move internal walls and door openings where instructed. Produce clean architectural plans suitable for discussion with contractors. Supply editable CAD files (DWG preferred) and PDF versions. If possible, produce simple 3D massing or SketchUp models for later rendering. Areas included Main bar Basement commercial support areas New three-bedroom apartment Storage and back-of-house Staff facilities Commercial kitchen support areas Deliverables Existing floor plans Proposed floor plans Furniture/layout plans (where appropriate) CAD files PDF files Optional SketchUp/Revit model (preferred) Ideal candidate Architect or Architectural Technologist Experience with hospitality, restaurants, bars or residential conversions AutoCAD, Revit or ArchiCAD experience SketchUp experience is a bonus Able to suggest improvements to layouts rather than simply trace drawings Please include examples of previous floor plans and hospitality or residential projects.
