Floor plan for co permit

Below is the work I need. Please let me know if you can complete it and provide a quote and estimated turnaround time. These drawings are needed for my Certificate of Occupancy (CO) application. I am also attaching the City’s CO checklist for reference. Please make sure the revised site plan and floor plan meet the City’s requirements for CO submission. I need the site plan and floor plan for Suite 109. Currently, I only have the site plan for Suite 102 and the floor plan for Suite 101, so both documents need to be revised for Suite 109. *Task 1: Revise the Site Plan from Suite 102 to Suite 109 1. Remove the hatch/shading from Suite 102 and add it to Suite 109. 2. Update the site plan to show Suite 109. 3. Change “Square Footage – Suite 102” to “Square Footage – Suite 109.” 4. Remove “Scope of Work: Remodel.” 5. Change the address from “Suite 101” to “Suite 109.” 6. Change the date to 06/19/2026. 7. Remove the “Building Scale Enterprise LLC” graphic/logo. *Task 2: Revise the Floor Plan from Suite 101 to Suite 109 1. Revise the drawing/layout to match Suite 109. 2.
