Floorplan Editing + DDA Accessibility Updates (Architecture Student/Grad)

We are looking for an architecture student or junior architectural designer to assist with editing floorplans for a commercial heritage building project. Scope of Work: 1. Floorplan Edit - Make minor corrections and adjustments to an existing set of floorplans - Clean up layout consistency and ensure drawings reflect updated requirements - No major redesigns required 2. Consultation + plan update (DDA-related) - Attend a Skype/Zoom consultation with a DDA/access consultant alongside our team - Take notes and interpret recommendations from the consultant - Update floorplans accordingly based on their feedback (accessibility adjustments, circulation widths, amenities layout, etc.) Requirements: - Background in architecture, interior architecture, or spatial design - Strong floorplan editing skills necessary (please specify software used) - Familiarity with accessibility requirements (DDA) is highly desirable Deliverables - Updated, clean floorplans (digital files) - Clear versioning showing changes made after consultation Please include: - Examples of previous floorplan work - Your experience in architecture - The floorplan editing software you use - Availability for a short turnaround project Find attached the current ideal floor plan.
