Florida Real Estate Attorney Needed: Demand Letter & Potential Litigation (Charlotte County)

Overview We need an active, Florida-licensed real estate attorney to review a breached real estate matter in Charlotte County, FL and draft and send a formal demand letter on your letterhead. This is, for now, a limited-scope, flat-fee engagement — the demand letter only. Background (brief): We were the buyer under a valid, fully executed purchase contract. We believe a third party (and/or their real estate agent) learned of the property through our public listing, knew of our contract, and induced the seller to cancel it. The seller then sold and deeded the property to that third-party buyer, who is now renovating it. We want a strong demand letter sent promptly to the buyer, the seller, and the closing/title company asserting our rights and seeking a resolution (conveyance or compensation). We have supporting documentation, including the executed contract, a recorded memorandum of our interest, call-tracking records of inquiries to our listing, and a lawfully recorded statement from the seller.
