I need a new foundation drawing created (stamped and sealed) for a modular steel building in Interlachen, FL (Putnam County). The original drawing package is available which shows a generic foundation plan. Putnam County Planning requires a site specific drawing. The project requires an understanding of Florida Building Codes for Pier and Beam Foundations and experience with modular steel buildings.
