Go look at the page first: that's the bar, that's the vibe. We need someone who lives in the AI space — not just a clip-cutter, but someone who knows the tools, the references and the trends well enough that we can talk shop and you already get it. The whole Reels page has to feel like one brand: consistent, aesthetic covers, our red-caption style, our LUTs. Showtime energy on every post. What you'll edit: - Short-form Reels: tutorials, educational, ads, comedy, viral B-roll - Motion graphics + screen recordings + splitscreen (recordings layered with motion graphics) - VFX and AI text overlays for viral B-roll - Aesthetic cover design — the grid has to stay consistent Priority: Tutorials and educational content first — that's what converts. Lifestyle is parked for now; if we touch it later, it has to be top-tier. Must-haves (non-negotiables): - Real understanding of AI tools and the AI world — this is the #1 filter - Strong motion graphics - Clean screen recordings + splitscreen edits - VFX / text overlay work that lands - Eye for an aesthetic, consistent grid and covers - Fast, reliable, self-driven — we move quickly Nice to have: - Experience editing for AI/tech creators - Your own color/LUT workflow How we work: Ongoing volume, with performance bonuses when content performs.
