Summary

Job Description: We are looking for a strategic, systems-minded FluentCRM Specialist to review and optimize our CRM architecture before we build out major campaigns. Our developer is currently handling the technical installation and plugin setups. We do not need a basic installer; we need a strategist who understands customer journeys, data hygiene, and scalable segmentation to ensure our data doesn't become a mess. Our Ecosystem & Business StructureWe run a WordPress site integrating the following tech stack: - FluentCRM - LearnDash - WooCommerce - The Events Calendar - GoRendezvous We operate two distinct but related business areas out of this single master CRM: 1) Massage Service Business: Managing leads, active/past clients, appointment bookings, and location-based promotions, etc. 2) Training & Education Business: Managing workshop leads, online course students (LearnDash), student onboarding, and course completion tracking, etc. Scope of Work (The Deliverables) We want a clean blueprint to hand back to our developer. You will be responsible for:Current Setup Audit: - Review our developer's implementation and identify any gaps or architecture risks. - Tagging & Segmentation Strategy: Recommend a clean tagging structure to separate our service clients from our education students while maintaining them efficiently in one master CRM. - Workflow & Automation Logic: Map out the "if this, then that" logical flows for key customer journeys (e.g., lead inquiry $\rightarrow$ booking/purchase $\rightarrow$ onboarding $\rightarrow$ retention/follow-up). - Priority Roadmap: Outline what automations should be built first, second, and later to prevent messy data, bottlenecks, or duplicate records. Ideal Candidate - Deep experience architecting FluentCRM (or high-level experience with ActiveCampaign/Infusionsoft and deep WordPress knowledge). - Thorough understanding of native WooCommerce and LearnDash CRM integrations. - Methodical, logical, and able to spot holes or weak logic in a user journey. - Exceptional communication skills and the ability to map out clear, actionable logic. Budget & ScopeType: - Fixed Price - Budget: $200 - Note: This is an architecture and strategy review project. If this initial phase goes well, there is potential for ongoing optimization work.
