FlutterFlow Developer : Golf Course Rating App (Firebase, Offline-First)

I'm building CourseGrade, a golf course rating app for iPhone. I need a FlutterFlow developer with Firebase experience to build Version 1: a reviewer app that lets golfers submit structured course reviews. Scope of V1: - 8-screen review submission flow (course info, 10 scored categories, descriptive profile, amenities, notes, summary, submit, confirmation) - Weighted score calculation (formula and category weights provided) - Full offline functionality: auto-save locally, background sync to Firebase when connection returns - Google Places API for course search when online, manual entry fallback when offline - Basic admin view for exporting submitted reviews (CSV) - No user accounts, no course discovery, no maps, no public profiles in this version The attached spec document has every screen, field, data type, and the exact scoring logic. This is not a discovery project. I need a builder, not a designer. Key technical requirement: this app needs to work reliably with zero or poor cell service, since golf courses often have neither.
