U.S.-Focused Sourcer for AI Startups

We are seeking a U.S.-focused recruiters/sourcers to identify and activate high-quality candidates for seed to Series B AI startups, frontier labs. The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing talent for AI companies and a strong understanding of the U.S. market. Responsibilities include building a pipeline of qualified candidates and collaborating with our team to ensure successful placements. We only offer placement based model, per placement will be 10k+ USD, we have 8 roles to be filled. Based on the actual speed / quality, we can increase the compensation accordingly. We are also looking forward to establishing long term collaboration. On successful placement, we will fund first 1/3 of the placement fee, then after 2/3 months, we will release the rest of the fund. If you want to work hourly, sorry we don't want to get jammed by low quality candidates & wasting our time interviewing. Placing right candidate is the only standard.
