Food & Beverage CPG Packaging Designer

We’re looking for a strong food & beverage CPG packaging designer to help make hierarchy and layout updates to an existing product packaging system. This is not a full rebrand and not a from-scratch packaging project. We already have an existing design direction, brand assets, and Adobe Illustrator files. We need someone with a strong eye for retail packaging to help refine the layout, improve hierarchy, make the front of pack more clear and compelling, and ensure the final files feel polished and shelf-ready. The product is a packaged chocolate/snack brand with three flavors/SKUs. Most of the work will involve adjusting existing Adobe Illustrator files across the three flavors while keeping the overall brand direction intact. Ideal candidate: Strong experience with food, beverage, snack, or CPG packaging Excellent Adobe Illustrator skills Good eye for hierarchy, typography, spacing, and retail shelf impact Able to work within an existing brand system rather than redesigning everything Comfortable giving design input, not just executing exact instructions Able to move quickly and communicate clearly Deliverables: Updated Adobe Illustrator packaging files for 3 SKUs Print-ready file cleanup as needed Any practical packaging/design recommendations based on your CPG experience
