Food Packaging Designer - AI Concept Translation & FSANZ Compliance (Australia)

Hi there, We are launching a confectionery brand called Vivid Opal based in Brisbane. We already have a complete visual design concept and logo generated by AI that perfectly captures the aesthetic, matte black color scheme, and premium branding we want. We do not need creative concepting from scratch. Instead, we are looking for an Australian-based designer to handle the technical execution, refinement, and legal compliance—taking our AI assets and preparing them for real-world printing. The Deliverables Needed: 1. Primary Packaging (Individual Sachet Film): Translating our AI design into a print-ready layout for a horizontal flow-wrap film. It features a high-clarity transparent front window (to showcase our premium pistachio toppings) and a solid matte black backing. It must include a designated, unprinted "safe zone" on the back for a 2-line direct inkjet batch/date code above the barcode. 2. Secondary Packaging (Counter Display Box): Mapping our branding beautifully across a flat, structural cardboard dieline template (.AI/.PDF) provided by our manufacturer, built to hold exactly 24 individual units. 3. Regulatory & Compliance Requirements: Since we are selling directly to local specialty cafes, the back-of-pack layout must comply strictly with FSANZ (Food Standards Australia New Zealand) guidelines. To be considered, you must be comfortable with: - The latest mandatory allergen formatting and bolding rules (PEAL regulations in Australia). - Integrating the official Australian Country of Origin green-and-gold kangaroo logo with the required percentage bar chart. - Vectorizing/tracing our AI logo into a high-res, print-ready format.
