Food Process Engineer

Gova is looking for an experienced Food Process Engineer or Food Scientist to support product development projects. The candidate should have strong expertise in the stability of colloidal and non-colloidal systems, sweeteners chemistry, encapsulation technologies and the interpretation of Turbiscan stability analysis data. Responsibilities include proposing scientifically solutions to formulation and processing challenges, developing experimental methodologies, analyzing and interpreting physicochemical and stability data and preparing technical reports where needed. Having experience with functional ingredients, powders, beverage systems, emulsions, and food ingredient innovation is highly desirable. The candidate should be capable of working independently and remotely, communicating scientific findings effectively with R&D team and supporting the development of company products through a research basis approach.
