Food Product Developer

We are looking for an experienced Product Developer to help formulate and commercialize a new sugar-free granola product for an existing food brand. We need someone with hands-on experience developing shelf-stable snacks, granola, baked goods, or similar CPG products, preferably with expertise in monk fruit, allulose, stevia, or other natural sugar-replacement systems. Ideal experience includes: * Sugar-free / low-sugar product formulation * Granola, snack, or baked-product development * Clean-label ingredients * Texture, clustering, and shelf-life optimization * Scaling recipes from bench to commercial production * Ingredient sourcing and manufacturing guidance We are looking for someone who can take this from formulation and testing through a production-ready recipe. We manufacture all of the granola by hand at our plant. At this point, we are looking for (a) your level of experience that specifically ties to what we're looking for, and (b) your flat rate cost to develop this product.
