Footwear Designer Needed to Develop an Original Custom High-Heel Concept

We are looking for an experienced women’s footwear designer who specializes in high heels to help us develop an original heel concept from scratch. We already have concept mockups and a 3D-printed visual reference that show the general direction of the product. However, these are only references and are not the final shoe design. Your role will be to develop and refine the actual heel design, including: The overall silhouette and proportions The shape of the upper and toe area The heel height, pitch and balance Foot placement, fit and wearability The integration of the sculptural cat-inspired design Material recommendations for the upper, lining, insole, outsole and heel Construction details and internal reinforcement Technical sketches from the front, side, rear, top and outsole views Key measurements and notes for the next development stage The final design should look premium and unique while still being realistic, wearable and suitable for manufacturing. At this stage, we are not hiring for 3D CAD modelling or 3D printing. We first need a specialist to complete the actual footwear design. Once the design is approved, it will be passed to a separate 3D footwear CAD specialist and then to our manufacturer.
