Footwear Fashion Artist

I am launching a footwear line in the mass/value segment and need a footwear designer to take products from original concept through to factory-ready tech packs. I have direct access to footwear manufacturing and wholesale distribution in Delhi, so designs must be practical to produce at volume and at low cost — not just visually appealing. 2. What I need • Original design concepts for footwear across multiple categories (see below) • Manufacturing-ready tech packs for each finalized design that a factory can build from without back-and-forth • Ongoing relationship for future seasons/refreshes if the first batch goes well 3.
