Footwear Technical Designer Needed for Premium Slip-On (Design Tweaks & Factory Tech Pack)

I am looking for an experienced Footwear Technical Designer to help me take a completed visual concept for a premium everyday slip-on shoe and make it ready for production. I already have high-quality visual renders, clear design directions, and a clear product identity. I need an expert to help me bridge the gap between design and manufacturing. Your Responsibilities: Design Tweaks: Review my current concept images and make slight adjustments to ensure the lines look perfectly proportioned and clean. Material Recommendations: Provide technical recommendations for premium materials—specifically for a stock injection-molded EVA sole, a highly comfortable anatomical footbed (blend of support and softness), and the engineered knit upper structure. Factory-Ready Tech Pack: Create a complete, professional Tech Pack with all measurement callouts, material specifications, and technical files that a Chinese shoe factory can immediately use for sampling. Requirements: Proven experience in technical footwear design (sneakers, lifestyle shoes, or recovery slides). A portfolio showing real Tech Packs and 2D blueprint drawings, not just beautiful 3D pictures. Knowledge of how footwear factories in Asia operate.
