Foreign Company Data Enrichment — Registry Lookups (Data Entry)

We have a list of ~80 international companies (our former clients) and we need a freelancer to find and fill in their official registration details from public business registries. What you'll do: Work from a spreadsheet we provide (one row per company, sorted by priority) For each company, search the relevant public business registry and fill in: official legal name, registration/company number, registered address, VAT/tax ID (if applicable), and country of incorporation Add the source URL where you found each record (so the info is verifiable) Flag any company you cannot find after a reasonable search Registries you'll use (depending on the company's country): UK: Companies House (free) Estonia: e-Business Register (ariregister.rik.ee) USA: state Secretary of State databases / OpenCorporates Germany: Handelsregister Spain: Registro Mercantil Switzerland: Zefix Others as needed — most are free and searchable online Priority: The spreadsheet is sorted by importance. The top ~10 companies matter most — please start there and be especially thorough on those One client in particular (a UK LLP) is our top priority What we need from you: Accuracy over speed. This is for an official administrative file, so the data must be correct and verifiable. Do not guess — if you're unsure, flag it Fill directly into our spreadsheet (Google Sheets), keeping our existing columns intact Note the date you looked up each record Volume: ~80 companies (most should take 3-8 min each) Format: Google Sheets, we grant access Timeline: 3-5 days To apply: Confirm you've used public company registries before (mention which ones) Share any past data-entry or research work Let us know your turnaround estimate for ~80 lookups Nice to have: Experience with OpenCorporates or cross-border company research Attention to detail with names/addresses in multiple languages Note: All companies are legitimate former clients. This is straightforward public-record research — no sensitive or confidential data involved.
