Forensic Investigation of Containers

Hello, I am looking for a China-based shipping, customs, freight-forwarding or trade-data specialist to independently research approximately 40 historical ocean-container shipments from China to Denmark, the Netherlands/Rotterdam, Germany and Poland. The required period is from 1 January 2015 to the present. If your databases only contain shipment-level records from 2018 onwards, please state the exact earliest available date. I will provide the known container numbers and any other identifiers already available. Your responsibility is to find and document the missing shipment information using your own lawful professional sources, subscriptions, carrier or freight-forwarder archives, customs records and trade databases. You will not need, request or receive remote access to my computer, accounts, folders, case system or private files. All necessary container information will be supplied through Upwork, and all results must be returned through Upwork. For each shipment, I need as much of the following as can be lawfully verified: • Container number and validation of its check digit • Master Bill of Lading and House Bill of Lading numbers • Copies or original database exports of the B/L records where available • Shipper, exporter and actual manufacturer • Consignee, importer and notify party • Freight forwarder, NVOCC, carrier and booking party • Vessel name, IMO number and voyage number • Port of loading, transshipment ports and final port of discharge • ETD, ATD, ETA and ATA dates • Goods description, HS code, number of packages and weight • Customs declaration, MRN, ENS or other official reference where lawfully available • Source name, database record ID, retrieval date and supporting screenshot, PDF or native export • Clear identification of conflicting, uncertain or unavailable information The results may be used for legal review. Therefore, every factual claim must be connected to a named and verifiable source. Please do not guess, reconstruct or fabricate missing information. Unavailable information must be clearly marked “not found.” Before applying, please answer these questions: 1. Which exact customs, shipping or trade databases do you currently have lawful access to? 2. What years and countries does each database cover, especially China-to-Europe shipments from 2015 onwards? 3. Can you search by container number, B/L number, company name, vessel, route and HS code? 4. Can you distinguish between a Master B/L and a House B/L? 5. Can you provide original exports or timestamped screenshots together with source references? 6. Can you show a redacted example of a historical China-to-Europe shipment record? 7. What is your fixed price and delivery time for a paid test involving two containers? 8. What is your estimated total price and delivery time for all 40 containers, including any database charges? The project will begin with a paid test involving two containers: preferably one shipment from 2015–2018 and one recent shipment. The remaining containers will only be assigned if the test results are accurate, properly sourced and complete. No unauthorised access, shared credentials, private system intrusion or illegally obtained data will be accepted.
