In the past 2 years children spend over 40% overnights with me and I want to change the custody to shared. Deliverables: I want you to prepare the complete application which I can file at the court in Moncton, New Brunswick. You will need to fill 1. Motion to change - Form 81F (attached) 2. Change information form in support of your request - Form 81G (attached) 3. Financial Statement - Form 72J (attached) 4.
