Formulation Chemist — Water-based Antimicrobial Surface Coating (Silane-Quat)

• Review and optimise our draft formula (actives, surfactants, chelator, buffer, preservative, rheology) • Solve three known failure modes: yellowing/haze, streaking, bulk clumping over 12-month shelf life • Lock order-of-addition + process for a 500–1000 L batch a CMO can run • Define QC release spec (pH, viscosity, active assay) and an accelerated-stability plan • Advise on efficacy test design (ISO 22196 / JIS Z 2801) and preservative challenge Nice to have: India CDSCO / CIB&RC or GCC (UAE.S 2697) regulatory familiarity. Deliverables: optimised formula + batch process + QC spec + stability protocol, as documents.
