Forward Deployed Engineer Start date: ASAP Experience: min. 4 years Duration: Longterm 6 months+ Workload: 40hrs fulltime Your Responsibilities Collaborate directly with customers to analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities Design, develop, and deploy customer-specific integrations, automations, and AI-powered workflows Rapidly prototype new solutions, validate them in production, and help transform successful customer implementations into scalable product features Serve as the technical interface between customers and the internal product and engineering teams Take ownership of projects from initial discovery through implementation, deployment, and continuous optimization Conduct technical workshops, product demonstrations, and customer consultations independently Ensure high engineering standards through testing, documentation, and CI/CD best practices Your Profile At least 4 years of professional experience in Forward Deployed Engineering, Product Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, or a comparable customer-facing technical role Strong ability to analyze complex business processes and translate customer requirements into technical solutions Excellent communication and presentation skills with confidence in customer-facing environments Proven ability to independently drive projects from concept to production Passion for solving complex problems through pragmatic and innovative approaches Collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skills Nice to Have Experience in Solutions Engineering, Forward Deployed Engineering, or Technical Consulting Experience with workflow automation, AI-powered applications, or document processing solutions Knowledge of Python, FastAPI, Django, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or comparable cloud technologies Experience working with large-scale data platforms or AI/LLM-based solutions Background in SaaS environments or enterprise software implementations ⚠️ Important: Candidates who attach a CV to their application will be prioritized.
