Foshan / Guangzhou Building Materials Sourcing Liaison & Driver — July 10–15 Field Tour

I am a U.S. real estate developer arriving in Guangzhou for the CBD Fair and deploying to Foshan from **July 10th through July 15th**. I am looking to hire an expert, local, bilingual procurement liaison and a private executive driver with a Buick GL8 van for a high-intensity commercial field tour. We are bypassing retail consumer markets entirely. This is a highly focused direct-to-factory technical audit to qualify export-ready vendors for our active multi-unit condominium project pipeline. **Product Categories We Are Sourcing:** * **Millwork & Openings:** Custom kitchen cabinets/counters, wardrobes, minimalist interior doors, aluminum windows, and hallway fire-rated doors. * **Surfaces & Finishes:** Textured porcelain slabs, sintered stone, natural travertine, LVP, and commercial carpet tile. * **Fixtures & Hardware:** Slim-profile shower glass, architectural LED profiles, and high-end door/cabinet hardware. I have fully prepared, itemized Excel RFQ specification sheets ready for each category. I will hand these over to the selected candidate once we confirm capabilities. Attached is our digital company profile sheet (`CN_PROFILE_Lux_Group_Homes.png`) showing our last completed 12-unit luxury build, LATITUDE THIRTY NINE°, so you can see our design standard. **Scope of Work:** * **Pre-Trip (Next 48 Hours):** Review my RFQ categories, cross-reference your direct factory network in Chancheng and Shunde, and help refine our logistics route. * **During the Trip (July 10–15):** Ride out in the field daily, act as my technical interpreter on factory floors, translate millimeter tolerances and structural details, protect my interests regarding pricing/lead times, and log all direct factory contacts and physical material samples. * **Post-Trip (Optional):** Coordinate ongoing sample shipments, final quotations, and eventual quality control inspections/consolidation. **Candidate Requirements:** * Must be based in Guangzhou or Foshan with deep, existing relationships inside the Shunde/Chancheng manufacturing hubs. * Fluent in English and Mandarin with a firm grasp of commercial construction, architectural drawings, and export logistics. * Must be practical, fast-moving, and transparent.
