Founder’s Associate / Operations Associate — Part-Time, US Hours

We are a food and CPG consulting company looking for a sharp, reliable person to help with research, follow-up, organization, and professional outbound phone calls. This role requires someone who can understand an unclear situation, ask intelligent questions, and move it toward a solution. What You’ll Do Call co-packers, manufacturers, suppliers, and vendors to get answers. Research companies and identify good potential partners. Keep track of open questions, decisions, and follow-ups. Help turn conversations into clear next steps. Follow up until an issue is actually resolved. Requirements Excellent spoken and written English. Available during US Pacific Time business hours (PST/PDT). Comfortable making outbound phone calls regularly. This is a core part of the job. Email is not a substitute for calling. Strong comprehension, judgment, and follow-through. Comfortable asking follow-up questions instead of simply recording the first answer you receive.
