I'm a founder building a data-and-intelligence platform that turns a traditional, relationship-heavy industry into a two-sided marketplace — matching qualified demand to supply before either side goes to market. The strategy and the domain expertise are locked. What I want is a sharp operator-builder who has done this kind of thing before to pressure-test the architecture, sharpen the go-to-market, and help me sequence the build. I'm not looking for a vendor. I'm looking for someone who's been the founder — who has built a company (or several), made the messaging-to-revenue connection work, and used AI as a force multiplier rather than a gimmick. What I'm building (enough to know if it's you): - A platform with both an inbound demand engine (brand, SEO/AEO, content, a named text-in assistant) and an outbound discovery engine (direct-response campaigns across multiple channels), feeding one structured database. - An intelligence layer that scores intent and matches the two sides automatically. - An AI-does-the-front-of-funnel, humans-close operating model — AI handles sourcing, first contact, and qualification; expert humans enter exactly when expertise matters. - A path from services revenue today to a SaaS/data-product valuation later. Institutional exit is the goal. The kind of person I want to talk to: - Founded and ideally exited (or scaled meaningfully) at least one company. You've lived the messy middle, not just consulted on it. - Fluent in growth strategy, positioning, and messaging — you can explain why a market believes a thing, and how to make them believe yours. - Hands-on or deeply literate with AI-powered marketing/automation workflows (LLMs in real pipelines, CRM/automation tooling, multi-channel orchestration). You know where AI creates leverage and where it creates slop. - Comfortable thinking in two-sided marketplace dynamics — supply/demand cold-start, trust as the real product, why one side guards its data and how you earn it. - Bonus, not required: real estate, proptech, or any data-intensive marketplace background.
