THE ROLE I need an autonomous operator who takes high-level goals and runs with them, escalating only when it's actually time to decide. If I say "I need to hire an appointment setter" you research the role, draft the JD, post it, screen candidates, run first-round calls, and present me 2–3 finalists with your recommendation. I should learn about most of the work after it's done. The same goes for finding NEW software solution for X. THE JOB =Execution master - you make things happen - from idea to end goal - do the research, construct plan, talk to dev, assign VA to research, create final assignment for dev, check upon progress - you dont need to be micro managed =Hiring funnels end-to-end: research the role (best practices, market rate, what separates strong from weak candidates), draft the JD, post on Upwork/LinkedIn, screen , run first-round calls, present me 2–3 finalists with reasoning =Team coordination: chase deliverables across the distributed team, surface blockers, prevent people from pinging me directly when you can resolve it yourself =Research on demand: proper research, not AI BS - given a vague brief ("compare these three transcription tools," "find a good credit score check tool"), return structured options with a recommendation WE ARE LOOKING FOR: =4+ years as Chief of Staff, Operations Manager, or "founder's right hand" =Demonstrated track record =High agency: you take initiative, escalate the right things, and don't ask permission for what you can decide yourself =Near-native written English with judgment about tone =Comfortable on video calls with candidates and vendors NOT LOOKING FOR: = VA/ Executive assistant = Person to manage inbox, calendar, etc. NO AI BS Proposals, those will be disqualified.
