I didn't create Eleanor because I wanted another Etsy shop. I created Eleanor because I believe beautiful things can make ordinary days feel extraordinary. My French Bulldogs have brought immeasurable joy to my life, and they inspired a world centered around kindness, hospitality, timeless design, family, and slowing down enough to appreciate life's simple moments. Today, Eleanor is growing through Etsy. Tomorrow, I envision Eleanor becoming a recognized lifestyle character brand with collections that extend beyond Etsy into home décor, stationery, apparel, books, gifts, seasonal collections, boutique retail, and licensing opportunities. I'm looking for someone who gets excited by helping build that future. ## Who You'll Work With You'll work directly with me, the founder. I'm an artist first. My passion is creating beautiful products, artwork, and collections that bring people joy. I'm not looking for someone to simply take tasks off my plate. I'm looking for someone whose passion is marketing, storytelling, and growing communities, so together we can introduce Eleanor to the world. Your ideas will matter. Your creativity will matter. Your voice will matter. ## Your Mission Your mission is simple: **Help more people discover Eleanor.** You'll transform my artwork, product photography, and lifestyle imagery into engaging content that builds community, grows our audience, and drives qualified traffic to our Etsy shop. This isn't about chasing viral trends. It's about building a brand people genuinely love. ## What You'll Do • Grow Instagram through thoughtful, story-driven content • Repurpose content for Facebook • Create Pinterest Pins that inspire and attract our ideal customer • Write captions that connect emotionally instead of simply describing products • Engage with our community in a warm and authentic way • Help launch new collections • Review analytics and recommend improvements • Bring fresh ideas every week I'm looking for someone who thinks strategically and enjoys solving problems, not someone who waits for instructions. ## Who You Are You don't need experience in every platform, but experience with several of these is a plus: • Instagram Marketing • Pinterest Marketing • Etsy Marketing • Canva • CapCut • Meta Business Suite • Lifestyle or boutique brands • Product-based businesses More important than your résumé, I'm looking for someone who: • Appreciates beautiful design • Loves storytelling • Has excellent written English • Takes initiative • Is organized and dependable • Wants to build something meaningful over the long term ## What Success Looks Like After 90 days, I hope to see: • Consistent content across Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest • Meaningful audience growth • Increased Etsy traffic • Strong collaboration between us • Weekly ideas and recommendations, not just reports ## Hours & Commitment • 10 to 15 hours per week • Flexible schedule • Long-term opportunity • Hourly contract As Eleanor grows, I hope this role grows with it. ## The Hiring Process I'm taking this hire seriously because I believe the right person can help shape the future of this brand.
