Founding China Operations Director (E-commerce)

We are not looking for an employee. We are looking for the person who will help us build our presence in China. Our ambition is to build one of the world's largest e-commerce groups, operating multiple international brands with a world-class team based in China. This is a rare opportunity to become one of the very first key executives of a company with extremely ambitious long-term goals. Mission: You'll become our trusted partner on the ground in China. Initially, you will: - Recruit our first Chinese employees - Establish operational processes - Help us understand the Chinese market - Source top local talent - Create our first office structure As we grow, you will progressively build and lead a large team across sourcing, operations, product development, logistics, customer support, creative, marketing, finance and AI. Our objective is to build an exceptional organization capable of scaling internationally.
