Founding Community Manager – Fantasy Football AI Platform (Commission-Based)

(Note: This is American football / NFL fantasy football — not soccer.) We're building Fantasy Football Rivals — an AI-powered fantasy football platform that analyzes league history, rivalries, owner behavior, trades, and draft tendencies. We need a community manager who genuinely loves fantasy football to represent our brand where fantasy players actually hang out. ABOUT THE ROLE You'll be the boots-on-the-ground presence of Fantasy Football Rivals across Reddit, Facebook, Discord, and X (Twitter). You're not spamming links — you're becoming a trusted voice in fantasy football communities and driving organic signups through genuine engagement. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Spend several hours every day active in Reddit fantasy football communities (r/fantasyfootball, r/DynastyFF, etc.) - Engage in Facebook fantasy football groups — answer questions, post analysis, share league stories - Participate in Discord servers focused on fantasy football, NFL, and sports betting - Post on X (Twitter) — contribute to conversations, share insights, build a following - Organically introduce Fantasy Football Rivals to relevant conversations - Track your referrals so we can properly credit your signups PAY STRUCTURE (Commission Only — No Base Pay) - $25 per annual subscriber you refer - $8 per monthly subscriber (paid after subscriber's 60-day mark) - No cap on earnings — the more communities you build trust in, the more you earn WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Active participation in fantasy football communities (Reddit, Discord, Facebook, etc.) - Comfortable writing naturally — not salesy, but genuinely helpful and engaging - Understands fantasy football terminology, formats (redraft, dynasty, keeper), and culture - Self-motivated and able to work independently without daily supervision - Familiar with NFL news cycles and fantasy football calendar BONUS QUALIFICATIONS - You already participate in these communities under your own account - You play in multiple leagues and know the fantasy football grind firsthand - Experience with brand building or community growth on social platforms If you're already spending hours a day in fantasy football communities, this is a chance to get paid for it. We're not looking for generic social media managers — we need someone who already lives in these spaces. Please tell us how long you've played fantasy football, which formats you play (redraft, dynasty, DFS), and which subreddits or Discord servers you're most active in. Applications without demonstrated fantasy football participation will not be considered. We are not looking for someone to promote software. We are looking for someone who genuinely loves fantasy football and wants to become one of the faces of the fastest-growing fantasy football community.
