Founding Content Creator – Fantasy Football Startup (Performance-Based)

(Note: This is American football / NFL fantasy football — not soccer.) We're building Fantasy Football Rivals — an AI-powered fantasy football platform that analyzes league history, rivalries, owner behavior, trades, and draft tendencies. We need a passionate content creator who LIVES fantasy football to help us grow. ABOUT THE ROLE This is a commission-only position for someone who already creates content, understands fantasy football culture, and wants to earn real money by growing a platform they actually believe in. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Create 3–5 short-form videos per day (TikToks, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) - Turn Fantasy Football Rivals product features into entertaining, shareable content - Drive viewers to sign up for Fantasy Football Rivals - Stay current with NFL news, fantasy football trends, and weekly storylines - Repurpose winning content across platforms PAY STRUCTURE (Commission Only — No Base Pay) - $25 per annual subscriber you refer - $8 per monthly subscriber (paid after subscriber's 60-day mark) - No cap on earnings — top performers can earn significant income during NFL season BONUS QUALIFICATIONS - Play dynasty or keeper leagues - Familiar with ESPN Fantasy and/or Sleeper - Have an existing audience or portfolio of sports content This role is perfect for a fantasy football enthusiast who already makes content and wants to monetize their passion. Please tell us how many years you've played, what formats you've participated in (redraft, dynasty, keeper, DFS), and which platforms you use (ESPN, Sleeper, Yahoo, etc.). Applications without demonstrated fantasy football knowledge will not be considered. We are not looking for someone to promote software. We are looking for someone who genuinely loves fantasy football and wants to become one of the faces of the fastest-growing fantasy football community.
