Here's the video: (link removed) ## This Is More Than a Freelance Assignment ## We are not looking for people who simply want to complete a temporary task and move on. We are looking for entrepreneurial, persuasive, industrious, and trustworthy people who can become genuinely passionate about Scholarstika and help build it within their countries as though they were building their own business. Founding Sales Partners will have the opportunity to develop their own portfolio of Scholarstika schools and earn commissions from both new subscriptions and qualifying annual renewals. The earlier a strong partner begins building a substantial school portfolio, the greater the opportunity to develop meaningful recurring income over time. ## Illustrative Commission Opportunity ## Under the proposed commission structure, qualifying Founding Sales Partners may earn: * Up to 30% commission on collected first-year subscription revenue from schools they personally enroll. * Up to 15% recurring commission on qualifying annual renewals from schools within their active portfolio. * Additional leadership commissions may become available to approved Country Leads who recruit, train, and supervise productive sales teams. For example: * For 500 enrolled schools at a 30% first-year commission rate, the Founding Sales Partner could earn $30,000. * If those 500 schools renew the following year, a 15% renewal commission could generate an additional $15,000 from the existing portfolio, the following year and subsequently which becomes passive income even if the partner doesn't do anything again. * If the partner also enrolls another 500 schools during Year Two, the partner could potentially earn $30,000 from the new schools plus $15,000 from qualifying renewals of the previous year, for a total of $45,000 during Year Two. A partner who continues expanding and retaining a strong school portfolio could build increasingly substantial annual income. These figures are illustrations, not guaranteed earnings. Actual income will depend on sales performance, subscription prices, payments collected, school renewals, partner activity, contract terms, refunds, and compliance with Scholarstika policies. ## Why Become a Founding Sales Partner? ## Successful Founding Partners may benefit from: * Early entry into their country’s Scholarstika market. * Recurring commission opportunities from qualifying school renewals. * The ability to build a valuable long-term customer portfolio. * Training on the Scholarstika platform and sales process. * Demonstration materials, brochures, presentations, and digital marketing resources. * Access to a system for recording prospects, schools, subscriptions, and commissions. * Opportunities to become a Country Lead or Regional Sales Partner. * The chance to help schools modernize their administration and strengthen school-family engagement. This opportunity is best suited to someone who wants to build a serious long-term income stream—not someone looking only for a one-time payment. ## Responsibilities The Founding Country Sales Partner will: * Research and identify private and or public schools, and suitable organizations requiring a management software such as online coaching. * Build relationships with school proprietors, owners, headteachers, administrators, bursars, and association leaders. * Introduce and explain Scholarstika to prospective schools. * Coordinate or conduct platform demonstrations. * Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects and follow-ups. * Help interested schools select an appropriate subscription package. * Support the initial onboarding and relationship-development process. * Maintain contact with enrolled schools and help encourage continued adoption and renewals. * Provide local market, pricing, competitor, and education-sector intelligence. * Represent Scholarstika honestly, professionally, and ethically. ## Who We Are Looking For ## Strong candidates should have but not required: * Be based in one of our selected countries. * Have proven sales, business-development, marketing, technology, SaaS, banking, insurance, telecommunications, or education-sector experience. * Understand their local private-school market. * Communicate confidently with senior education decision-makers. * Be comfortable learning and demonstrating a technology platform. * Be self-motivated and capable of working without constant supervision. * Have the discipline to prospect, follow up, document activities, and close sales. * Be excited about building a long-term EdTech business opportunity. * Have reliable internet access and be available for online training and meetings. * Be willing to begin with a defined paid market-entry pilot through Upwork. ## Growth Path The strongest partners may progress through the following pathway: Founding Sales Partner → Senior Sales Partner → Country Lead → Regional Sales Partner Country and regional leadership positions will be earned through measurable performance, school retention, professionalism, leadership ability, accurate reporting, and ethical representation. No partner will automatically receive permanent country exclusivity.
