We're days from launching a platform that helps creators, experts, and niche authorities monetize their audiences, and we're hiring our first creator-acquisition person to build the engine now so we're signing creators from day one. This is a make-or-break launch push, and we need someone who's all in. This is not a marketing-coordinator role, and it's not for someone who needs a daily task list or constant check-ins. The founder travels frequently, so you'll get clear goals and direction, not hour-by-hour supervision. If you do your best work when handed a target and left to figure out the "how," keep reading. Your mission is to get the right creators onto the platform — finding them, reaching them, convincing them, and getting them live and earning. In practice, that means building the prospect pipeline, developing and testing outreach that actually converts, guiding creators through onboarding, and feeding what you learn back into how we target and message. We're not looking for generic "influencers." We want experts, educators, and authorities with engaged audiences who would plausibly charge for access to their knowledge. As we grow, this role expands to encompass broader creator partnerships and a growth strategy for the right person. We start with a short paid engagement so we can both calibrate. By the end of the first two weeks, you'll deliver a target list of creators worth approaching, a clear rationale for the segments you chose, and a tested outreach template with early response data. Strong work here transitions into the full three-month engagement and, for the right person, a long-term role. You should be a genuine self-starter who builds structure where there's none, an excellent written and spoken English communicator, comfortable reaching out to creators and business owners directly, and able to take a goal and turn it into an execution plan without being walked through it. You should be comfortable in a fast-moving pre-launch environment where priorities shift. Real experience in the creator economy, creator or influencer outreach, partnerships, community building, or startup sales development is a strong plus. We work with high autonomy and a results focus — weekly strategy syncs, async communication as needed. We provide goals and priorities; you create the path. Compensation is a $3,000/month base for a full-time three-month engagement, plus a performance bonus tied directly to the revenue the creators you bring on actually generate. The more they earn and sell, the more you make, and the bonus is uncapped — we've structured it to reward real results rather than vanity metrics, so strong performance meaningfully exceeds the base.
