See the attached job description. As Flamingo’s Founding GTM Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing the systems, automations, workflows, and AI-driven infrastructure that power Flamingo’s go-to-market engine. This is not a traditional RevOps or CRM administration role. This role sits at the intersection of: - Growth - Revenue Operations - AI Automation - Marketplace Growth - Sales Infrastructure - Data Systems - Operational Scalability Your mission is to turn Flamingo’s proprietary data, marketplace activity, customer behavior, website visitor intent signals, and AI capabilities into scalable revenue growth systems. You will work directly with the CEO and help transform many currently manual workflows into intelligent, automated systems that generate: - More demos - More marketplace activations - More customer expansion - More operational efficiency - More pipeline - More revenue This is both a strategic and highly hands-on execution role.
