Founding Growth Partner (Zero-to-One Seller)

Summary

We build and run software ventures, and we're good at it. We've co-founded companies that raised around $20M and were acquired, others still going strong after raising $100M+, and the portfolio we're building now is earning real revenue. We have the means, a pipeline of ideas, and a team that builds the products. We're excited about a few new ones, and we're looking for one entrepreneurial seller to take them to market and grow them from zero. We'll back you the whole way. Here's who we're looking for. You know how to get people to care about a product. Maybe you tried to start your own thing: you could get the customers, but you couldn't get the product built, or you got burned by a developer, or you spent a year hunting for a technical cofounder who never showed up. Or maybe you've grown other people's products for years and never owned a piece of the upside. Either way, the thing you were missing was never the selling. Maybe you couldn't build it, maybe you didn't have the idea, or you couldn't afford to stop earning to gamble on something that wasn't there yet. That's completely fine, that's exactly the point. You've got the drive and the growth instinct, you were just missing the product and the machine. That's what we are. No one person needs to do 100% on their own, that's what we're here for. We hand you the ideas, real products that are already built, a team that keeps building them, and a founder who's done this before. You bring the hunger and the go-to-market. What you'd actually do: - Take one to three products from zero to something real. Zero to one is a focus job. You find the channel that works, get the first users one conversation at a time, and figure out what makes people care. - Do it more than once. Some products won't hit, and that's the model, not a failure. You get several shots across the portfolio, and we keep going until one takes off. - Tell us the truth about what you learn. What people ignore is the most valuable thing you'll produce, and it goes straight to the people building. - Build the machine once something works. We automate what works so it compounds, but you have to find it first. What you DON'T have to do, and this is a feature, not a restriction: - Build the product. The engineering, the scaling, the infrastructure, all ours. You're welcome to help shape the direction and the design as much as you want, but you never have to. - Find the idea, or chase the next client. We supply the ideas and a pipeline of real ventures. You never pitch for a contract again. - Do it alone. We run hundreds of AI agents handling most of the day to day, so your time goes to the one thing no agent can do: talking to real people and finding the hook. What you get: - Ownership. A share of the profit across everything you grow, and equity in the ventures as they come to life. You share in what you build, not just an hourly rate. - Your own shot, eventually. Once you've taken a few of ours from zero and shown what you can do, if you've got an idea of your own you're excited to get off the ground, we'll partner with you to build it. - A team behind you and a founder in the loop, plus a steady stream of real products to grow on. If you're hungry, you'll grow fast here. Let's be straight about the pay. There's a humble base, but think of it as a foundation, not the prize. It's there so you're supported and can focus while we build together, not the reason you show up. It's lean, enough to keep you steady so you can pour yourself in. The real compensation is ownership, a share of the profit and equity in what you help bring to life. This role is built for someone driven by growing something that pays off when it lands, not by the base. What matters most to us is hunger. We care more that you're driven and resourceful than how many years you've got or whose logos are on your resume. If you can sell just about anything and you just never had the right thing to sell, we want to talk. If you're excited by new ideas, startup energy, and the chance to take real products to market and own a piece of them, we'd love to build with you.
