Founding Head of Rep Growth | Build a National Sales Network

- Founding Director of National Rep Growth Gallagher's Beer Guide is building the largest independent field network in the craft beer industry. We're looking for one entrepreneurial building to create and lead that expansion from the ground up. This is not a traditional recruiting position. We need someone who can create the recruiting engine, onboarding process, referral strategy, training materials, territory expansion plan, and performance culture for a national team of independent reps. - Your mission * Recruit and onboard high-quality territory representatives across the United States * Build repeatable recruiting systems and referral programs * Create onboarding and training processes that allow reps to succeed quickly * Help design territory strategy and expansion priorities * Build a scalable organization that can grow to hundreds of reps - Ideal background You may have experience in: * Recruiting leadership * Sales leadership * Territory management * Beverage alcohol * Pharmaceutical or medical device sales * Hospitality * Startup operations * Franchise or field organization development Most importantly, you're a builder who enjoys creating systems from scratch. - Compensation We're intentionally flexible because we're looking for the right partner, not filling a predefined role. The core economics are performance-based. For every territory rep you recruit and successfully onboard, you will receive 35% of the first two months of subscription revenue generated by that rep's portfolio. There is no cap on earnings. For the right person, this has the potential to evolve into a long-term leadership role overseeing national expansion. If you successfully build this organization, you won't just recruit reps - you'll have created one of the company's core growth engines and will have the opportunity to grow with it. - Before applying Please tell us: 1.
