Founding Revenue Associate We're building a category-defining B2B software company and are looking for a highly motivated revenue professional who enjoys opening doors, creating opportunities, and helping customers solve meaningful business problems. This is not a traditional sales role. We're looking for someone who is curious, resourceful, commercially minded, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a growing company. You will help identify prospects, start conversations, qualify opportunities, support customer meetings, contribute to go-to-market initiatives, and help us build a scalable revenue engine. The right person is energized by talking to customers, learning new industries, and figuring out how to turn interest into momentum. What You'll Do Research and identify prospective customers Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, phone, events, and other channels Generate and qualify meetings for the leadership team Participate in discovery calls and customer conversations Support product demonstrations and follow-up activities Help manage and maintain CRM data and pipeline hygiene Track prospect feedback, objections, and market insights Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and messaging Assist with customer onboarding and relationship-building activities when needed Help develop and improve repeatable sales processes Contribute ideas, experiments, and creative approaches to growth What We're Looking For Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable engaging with business and professional audiences Highly organized and self-directed Curious and eager to learn Resourceful problem solver Comfortable operating in ambiguity and helping build processes from scratch Strong follow-through and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage priorities Positive, professional, and customer-focused Experience We're open to a wide range of backgrounds.
