We're a venture studio that builds, acquires, and scales companies for a specific, well-defined buyer — and our offer already works. We have clients, we have proof, and we have an owner-operated sales motion that closes high-ticket engagements. What we need now is a closer who can step in and start converting, immediately. This is not a build-the-strategy-from-scratch role. We know exactly who our buyer is and where they are. We need someone who already has the relationships and the instincts to get in the door and close, starting in their first two weeks — not their first quarter. Who we're looking for You're a seasoned, high-ticket closer who brings your own network and book of relationships to the table. You've personally closed five- and six-figure consultative deals, one decision-maker at a time. You don't need a 90-day ramp to find your footing — you've done this enough times that you can walk in, understand the offer fast, and start opening doors with people who already take your call. You are equally comfortable closing and helping us capture how you do it, so the motion we build together outlasts any one person. Who our buyers actually are (so you can gauge whether you know these people) Recently retired professionals who've just come into capital from an IRA, 401(k), or pension — looking for something to own and grow on 10–20 hours a week, often to eventually hand to their kids. Burned-out corporate executives sitting on capital or vested stock who've made money for everyone else for 30 years and now want to build something of their own. Doctors, lawyers, and academics who want into entrepreneurship but don't want to take on millions in acquisition debt — so they build instead. What you'll do Step into a proven, high-ticket offer and start closing engagements right away Activate your existing network and relationships to generate qualified conversations from day one Run the full cycle yourself — first conversation through signed agreement Help us document the motion as you go, so we can scale a team behind you over time You should apply if you Have a genuine, activatable network of decision-makers you can reach out to this week Have personally closed high-ticket, consultative deals (not managed a team that did) Are based in the United States and can travel for a high-touch sales process Move fast, operate with urgency, and measure yourself by closed deals, not activity Want to be early in something with real upside, not a finished machine You should NOT apply if you Need three months and a playbook before you can produce Have led sales teams but haven't personally closed in years Are looking for a strategy/consulting seat rather than a carry-the-number closing seat To apply Tell us, briefly: the highest-ticket deal you've personally closed, roughly how long that cycle took, and the kind of relationships you'd be activating in your first two weeks here.
