Founding Video Editor – Fantasy Football AI Platform

(Note: This is American football / NFL fantasy football — not soccer.) We're building Fantasy Football Rivals — an AI-powered fantasy football platform that analyzes league history, rivalries, owner behavior, trades, and draft tendencies. We need a skilled video editor to turn raw footage into polished, scroll-stopping short-form content. ABOUT THE ROLE Our content creators will be filming raw TikToks, Reels, and Shorts daily. Your job is to take that raw footage and make it look clean, professional, and engaging. This is a production role with consistent, ongoing work throughout the NFL season and beyond. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Edit raw video into polished TikToks, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and full-length YouTube videos - Add captions, graphics, transitions, music, and sound effects - Apply platform-specific formatting and aspect ratios - Maintain a consistent look and feel across all Fantasy Football Rivals content - Deliver edited videos quickly (turnaround is key for timely sports content) PAY STRUCTURE - $10–$15 per edited video (fixed price per deliverable) - Open to a small monthly retainer + performance bonus for the right candidate - This is the only role we'd consider paying a guaranteed base amount — editing is production work, not sales WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Experience editing short-form vertical video (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) - Familiarity with sports or fantasy football content is a major plus - Proficiency in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar tools - Fast turnaround — same-day or next-day delivery preferred - Reliable, consistent, and communicative Please include a portfolio or samples of short-form sports, entertainment, or lifestyle content you've edited. REQUIREMENT: You must have genuine fantasy football experience. While this is a technical editing role, you'll be cutting content about waivers, trades, draft picks, and fantasy strategy — you need to understand what you're editing.
