Fractional CEO (Revenue Growth Focus)

We are seeking a highly experienced Fractional CEO to help lead and scale a growing business with a strong focus on revenue growth, operational excellence, and accountability. This is not a traditional advisory role. We are looking for a hands-on operator who has successfully grown companies, built high-performing teams, and delivered measurable business results. ## Responsibilities * Develop and execute growth strategies to increase revenue and profitability * Identify and prioritize the highest-impact opportunities across sales, marketing, operations, and partnerships * Establish clear KPIs, dashboards, and accountability systems * Work closely with the founder and leadership team to drive execution * Improve organizational structure, processes, and decision-making * Coach and develop team leaders * Create scalable systems to support long-term growth * Provide strategic leadership while remaining focused on execution and results ## Requirements * Proven experience as a CEO, President, General Manager, COO, or senior executive with direct P&L responsibility * Demonstrated track record of growing revenue and improving profitability * Experience scaling small and mid-sized businesses * Strong understanding of sales, marketing, operations, and financial management * Data-driven decision maker with exceptional communication skills * Ability to influence and lead without ego * Comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment ## Ideal Candidate * Has successfully scaled businesses * Thinks like an owner * Leads with humility and accountability * Focuses on outcomes, not activity * Can balance strategy with execution * Has a reputation for building strong teams and cultures
