We're a NYC special education law firm looking for a Fractional CFO who combines strong finance fundamentals with real AI fluency. We have three problems we need solved: No clear visibility into cash — we can't confidently answer what's going out in the next 30–90 days No control over spending — QBO exists but isn't clean, structured, or reliable Subscription and IT chaos — no single place tracking what we pay, when it renews, or what's an error This is project-based, not a retainer.
