About Us We are a Raleigh, NC-based real estate investment company specializing in residential fix-and-flip projects. We currently manage multiple renovation projects simultaneously and are focused on scaling operations while maintaining strong cash flow, accurate forecasting, and disciplined financial controls. We are looking for an experienced Fractional CFO who understands real estate investing, project-based accounting, construction budgets, lending, and cash flow management. What We Need Help With -Cash Flow Management & Forecasting -Build and maintain rolling 12-week cash flow forecasts -Forecast funding needs across active projects -Track lender draws, holdbacks, and reimbursement schedules -Identify upcoming cash shortages before they become issues -Help optimize working capital Financial Reporting -Monthly financial reporting package -Project profitability analysis -Company-wide P&L review -Balance sheet review -KPI dashboards -Project-Level Financial Analysis -Track budget vs actuals on renovation projects -Analyze profitability by project -Identify budget overruns and cost trends -Improve project accounting processes Systems & Processes -Review and improve QuickBooks setup -Improve project tracking and job costing -Create financial dashboards and reporting systems -Develop SOPs for financial management Required Experience -Fractional CFO experience -Real estate investing experience -Fix-and-flip, construction, or development experience -Strong forecasting and cash management background -Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills -Experience with QuickBooks Online Preferred Experience -Residential house flipping -Hard money lending -Construction accounting -Multi-project real estate operations -Real estate investment funds or development firms -Current Business Snapshot -Multiple active renovation projects at any given time -Combination of hard money and private lending -Project-based accounting structure
