Fractional CFO for 7-Figure Shopify Shop

About Us: We're a 7 figures men's wellness ecommerce brand. We need a strategic financial partner to optimize our operations, identify money leaks, and build financial clarity across our business. The Role: This is a fractional CFO position - approximately 30-40 hours per week You'll be our financial operations partner handling: Daily financial monitoring - quick health checks on cash flow Weekly reports - What subs, services or employees are beeing overpaid Monthly P&L analysis - where money is coming in and going out Quarterly strategic reviews - identifying trends and opportunities What You'll Do: ✅ Cost Optimization - Audit subscriptions, tools, and services we're paying for but not using. Find the money leaks. ✅ Financial Clarity - Work with us to ensure we know exactly where every dollar enters and exits our business. ✅ Expense Management - Identify unnecessary spending and recommend cuts without impacting growth. ✅ Strategic Insights - Monthly/quarterly reports highlighting financial health, opportunities, and risks. ✅ Tools & Process - Bring your own financial tools and systems.
