Fractional CFO for Startup

seeking a seasoned Fractional CFO to support strategic financial operations during a key growth phase. We are looking for someone who has helped startups scale and navigate an acquisition or exit process. This role is focused on financial strategy, investor reporting, cash flow management, and building financial readiness over the next 12–18 months. The ideal candidate will have supported or led a company through acquisition, sale, or exit. Responsibilities include building financial models, managing cash flow, and providing strategic financial guidance. responsibilities: Responsibilities: •Develop strategic financial models and forecasting •Build investor and board reporting packages •Manage cash flow, runway, and budgeting • Partner with existing bookkeeper/accounting support •Support M&A readiness and diligence preparation •Provide strategic recommendations to leadership Ideal candidate: •6+ years in finance leadership •Startup and high-growth experience •Prior exit/acquisition experience •Strong FP&A and cash flow expertise
