Outreach — cold + warm emails, LinkedIn, leveraging their own network for intros; track everything in a CRM/pipeline tracker (who’s been contacted, stage, next step) 3. Investor calls/meetings — take first calls, pitch Clerith, answer financial/model questions, loop you in for deeper technical or clinical questions 4. Materials support — work with you to sharpen the deck’s financial story, the use-of-funds slide, and the model itself (most investors poke holes here first) 5. Due diligence management — build and maintain the data room (financials, cap table, traction metrics, patent status, pilot data from Harmoni Springs), respond to investor DD requests 6. Negotiation — SAFE terms, valuation cap discussions, side letters 7. Closing — get signatures, wire instructions, manage the close mechanics 8. Pipeline reporting — weekly update to you: # contacted, # meetings, # in DD, # committed, $ raised vs. $1.5M target
