Fractional CFO

Fractional CFO/ Accountant Location: Remote Reports to: CEO, works closely with the Chief of Staff Type: Fractional, a few hours per week to start (with room to grow as needs increase) About GlowDrop GlowDrop is a wellness and beauty brand. We're mid-way through a full rebrand (new mission, brand guidelines, website, packaging) while launching new products at the same time. What you'll own - Financial structure and reporting (P&L, cash flow, balance sheet) for a fast-scaling ecommerce brand - Cash flow management and forecasting, including runway planning around inventory and ad spend cycles - Unit economics and margin analysis across products and channels - Budgeting and financial planning to support growth decisions - Setting up scalable financial systems and processes where none exist yet - Working directly with leadership to bring financial clarity and structure to the business What we're looking for - Proven experience as a (part-time) CFO or senior finance leader for fast-growing ecommerce or DTC brands - Deep understanding of ecommerce economics: COGS, inventory, ad spend, LTV, contribution margin - Very autonomous. Able to take a business with limited existing structure and build the financial function with minimal oversight - Comfortable working async and part-time while still being fully accountable for outcomes - Direct communicator, comfortable flagging issues early and clearly - Bonus: experience with high-growth rebrands or beauty/wellness/supplement categories Logistics - Commitment: a few hours a week to start, scope to expand based on fit and needs - Compensation: Depends on experience and scope - Interview process: intro call, financial case discussion, final round with CEO
