Summary

We are seeking a fractional CIO or Head of Real Estate Investments to lead our private credit, mezzanine debt, and co-GP equity strategy. This part-time role will focus on sourcing, underwriting, and managing real estate investment opportunities, while helping shape the overall investment strategy. The ideal candidate has strong experience in real estate finance, private credit, and structured debt, with a track record of evaluating and executing high-quality transactions. You will work closely with our team to identify opportunities, conduct due diligence, and support portfolio management across multiple asset classes.
