Fractional COO / Chief of Staff – Build the Operating System of a Telecom Infrastructure Company About Us We are a fast-growing telecom infrastructure company in India executing telecom tower EPC, OFC, and digital infrastructure projects. We are now building the systems, processes, and management framework required to scale our business over the next phase of growth. We are looking for an experienced Fractional COO who has previously helped founders build operational excellence and execution discipline. This is a strategic, hands-on role working directly with the founder. What You'll Help Build * Company-wide Operating System * SOPs and process documentation * ClickUp implementation and optimization * KPI dashboards and management reporting * Weekly operating cadence and execution reviews * Strategic initiative tracking * Consultant and vendor management * Cross-functional project management * Fundraising preparation and investor materials * Organizational structure and accountability framework * Scaling systems for growth Ideal Background You have experience working with founder-led businesses and have helped companies scale from entrepreneurial operations to structured execution. Experience in one or more of the following is preferred: * Telecom Infrastructure * EPC * Construction * Engineering Services * Infrastructure * B2B Services Experience with ClickUp is highly preferred.
