Summary

This is a platform execution and advisory role — video creatives will be fully provided by our in-house team. We need you to own the Vibe.co side: • Platform setup & strategy — Own our Vibe.co account setup, pixel integration, and campaign architecture from scratch; advise on best practices for our brand type • Audience targeting — Build and manage audience segments: household targeting, lookalikes from our customer list, retargeting pools, geo/demo layering • Campaign management — Launch, optimize, and scale CTV campaigns; manage pacing, frequency caps, and inventory selection (streaming apps/channels) • Creative guidance — We supply the video assets — you advise on format (15s vs. 30s), placement, and sequencing based on what performs on CTV for our audience • Attribution & measurement — Set up and interpret view-through attribution, pixel tracking, and IP-level matching; help us quantify CTV’s halo effect on our Meta/search channels • Testing roadmap — Define a structured test-and-learn plan: audiences, placements, dayparting, creative rotation • Reporting — Weekly reporting on reach, frequency, CPM, view-through rates, and downstream impact (traffic lift, new customer assists) Who We're Looking For 1. Hands-on Vibe.co platform experience — we want someone who knows this specific DSP, not just CTV in general 2. DTC or eCommerce CTV experience — understands performance outcomes, not just brand reach metrics 3. Strong understanding of CTV attribution (view-through windows, incremental lift, cross-channel impact) 4. Able to independently build audience strategy using first-party data (customer lists, lookalikes) 5. Async-friendly communicator — clear written updates, no hand-holding needed Compensation Hourly rate — commensurate with experience. Please include your rate when applying.
