Fractional HR Consultant (Europe/UK/Canada) - Launch AI for Happiness Pilots with Your Clients

AI for Happiness is our AI-powered workplace wellbeing product. We're looking for a fractional or outsourced HR consultant based in Europe, the UK, or Canada who currently supports multiple client companies (startups/SMBs) with HR services, and who could introduce a free or discounted pilot of AI for Happiness to one or more of your clients. You bring the existing trust and relationship with your clients' leadership; we provide the product, onboarding support, and pilot terms. What you'll do: identify 1-3 of your current client companies who could be a good fit for a wellbeing pilot; introduce AI for Happiness to the relevant decision-maker (typically the founder, CEO, or Head of People) and book a qualified conversation with us; help coordinate pilot terms and rollout if there's interest; share light feedback once a pilot is running. What we're looking for: an active fractional/outsourced HR consultant currently working with multiple client companies in Europe, the UK, or Canada; strong relationships and credibility with your clients' leadership; comfortable introducing new tools/vendors to your clients. Compensation: €100 for each qualified conversation you book for us with a genuine decision-maker (founder, CEO, or Head of People) at one of your client companies to discuss a pilot. On top of that, a bonus is paid if a pilot actually launches from that conversation: €200 for a small company, or €400 if the pilot covers 30+ employees. Multiple client conversations and pilots are welcome and each is paid separately - we'll agree specific milestones once we start working together.
