Fractional GTM / Growth Marketer — Bootstrapped Longevity & Health-Optimization Brand

Overclock is an early-stage, pharma scientist and doctor-backed DTC health brand launching in 2026 at the intersection of the longevity/biohacking world and serious clinical credibility. Our product line spans supplements, peptides, and compounded prescription protocols delivered through a telehealth model. We're bootstrapping, so we need a scrappy, test-and-learn operator who can help us derisk and grow the business across two phases. Phase 1 — Pre-launch (now): Before our full compliance and platform infrastructure is live, we need to validate demand and build an audience. Think waitlist and email capture, founder/brand audience-building, landing-page and pre-sell experiments, and testing which positioning and messaging actually resonate — proving people want this before we've sunk cost into full infrastructure. Phase 2 — Scale (post-infrastructure): Once our compliance and telehealth platform are in place, the role shifts to real customer acquisition and scaling our proven channels. We're looking for someone who's energized by both — the ambiguity and hustle of pre-launch demand capture, and the rigor of scaling channels later. We need someone who can build a channel mix around content/SEO, creator and influencer partnerships in the longevity community, email/SMS lifecycle, affiliate, podcast and newsletter sponsorships, and founder-led content. What we need help with Phase 1: capturing early demand — waitlist, audience-building, pre-sell and positioning experiments to derisk the business pre-launch Diagnosing which acquisition channels are realistic for a regulated DTC health brand, and prioritizing 2–3 to test first A concrete 90-day GTM plan with experiments, budgets, and success metrics Compliant positioning and messaging that builds trust (familiarity with FTC/FDA advertising guidelines and platform ad policies is a big plus) Basic measurement setup so we know what's actually working You're a strong fit if you have A track record launching or scaling DTC brands, ideally in supplements, telehealth, wellness, or another regulated/health-adjacent category Experience with pre-launch demand generation and post-launch scaling — comfortable in both the zero-to-one and the one-to-ten phases Real experience with organic and partnership-driven growth, not just paid performance Comfort working lean and fast with a founder, and the judgment to tell us what not to do Bonus: existing relationships with creators, affiliates, or media in the longevity/biohacking/fitness space
